Principals 

Sam Cong is licensed Mechanical Engineer and Civil Engineer in the State of California and a LEED AP BD+C. Sam has been designing HVAC&R and plumbing systems since 2010 and has a wide variety of experience in a wide range of projects including commercial kitchens, health clinics, senior living, and custom homes. Sam also has experience with the permit process of many jurisdictions throughout California and has extensive plan approval experience dealing with Division of the State Architect.

Tiffany To has been in the heavy civil and infrastructure field since 2011. Tiffany has a Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California San Diego and brings her management and construction project experience to the company. She is a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) and a Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC).
