Formations The granddaddy of all expanding formations occurred between 1966 and 1974. In brief, after point 1 formed in 1966 and point 2 formed in 1970, then a 3 point sell formed above point one in 1973. Only after taking out the point 2 did a point 4 buy form in 1974. This pattern can be most useful on smaller scales near short term termination points when a top or bottom formation is expected to show up. |
